After 4 weeks inside Remote Ready Blueprint, I do not just want you to feel motivated.

Motivation is cute.

But clarity is better.

I want you to have clarity on what roles you should apply for, how to position your skills, how your resume should speak to remote roles, how your LinkedIn should support your job search, where to look, and how to prepare for interviews.

The goal is not confusion.

The goal is strategy.

Remote Ready Blueprint is for the person who is tired of trying to figure out remote work alone.

It is for the person who has skills but does not know how to position them.

It is for the person who has been applying and hearing nothing back.

It is for Caribbean and international professionals who need a strategy that actually considers where they are applying from.

This is not about hype.

This is about structure.

Resume.
LinkedIn.
Job search strategy.
Interview preparation.
Remote work readiness.

We start June 8.

There is a specific kind of tired that comes from applying for remote jobs and hearing nothing back.

Not just “I’m busy” tired.

The kind of tired where you start questioning your resume, your experience, your location, your age, your degree, your entire career path.

And sometimes, the most frustrating part is that you are doing what people told you to do.

You are applying.

You are updating your resume.

You are checking job boards.

You are trying to stay consistent.

But here is the twist.

The problem is not always that you are unqualified.

Sometimes the problem is that you are following remote work advice that was never created for Caribbean and international applicants in the first place.

Because applying from outside the U.S., UK, and Canada requires a different level of strategy.

You need to know which roles fit your skills.

You need a resume that shows remote-readiness, not just work history.

You need LinkedIn positioning that makes your value clear.

You need to know which platforms actually have location-friendly roles.

You need to understand how to stop wasting time on applications that were never a good fit.

That is the lesson I have learned after working remotely from the Caribbean for over 12 years.

Remote work is possible.

But random applying will wear you down.

That is why I created Remote Ready Blueprint.

It is a 4-week guided program for Caribbean and international professionals who want structure, strategy, and support as they prepare for remote work.

Inside, we work on:

Remote-ready resume strategy
LinkedIn positioning
Job search strategy
Remote job platforms
Interview preparation
Remote work tools
How to apply smarter from outside the U.S., UK, and Canada

This is not a magic job guarantee.

It is a plan for people who are ready to stop guessing and start applying with more clarity.

The next cohort starts in 3 days.

We start June 8.

Remote Ready Blueprint starts in 3 days.

If you have been applying to remote jobs and hearing nothing back, this is your reminder that something in your strategy needs to change.

Not next year.

Not after you save 20 more posts.

Not after you convince yourself you need to figure it all out alone.

This program is for Caribbean and international professionals who want help with their resume, LinkedIn, job search direction, interview prep, and remote work readiness.

We start June 8.

Tap the link in my bio and choose Remote Ready Blueprint, or comment READY if you want the details.

Saving posts is not a strategy.

And yes, I say that with love.

It feels productive to save every remote job post, every resume tip, every website list, and every “work from home” video.

But if you are not actually fixing your resume, updating LinkedIn, choosing roles that match your skills, and applying to jobs that are open to your location, you are still stuck in the same cycle.

Information is helpful.

But structure is what helps you move.

Remote Ready Blueprint starts June 8.

Tap the link in my bio if you are ready to stop saving and start doing.

Job links are helpful, but job links alone will not fix a weak remote job search strategy.

If you’re applying from the Caribbean or internationally, you need to know which roles fit your skills, which jobs actually hire where you live, and how to position your resume and LinkedIn so you’re not just applying blindly.

My new YouTube video breaks this down. Check out the video at 8pm here: https://youtu.be/gZghaFr3GUo

Remote Ready Blueprint starts June 8.
