Looking to get the most out of your business coaching sessions?

We would be too – so here’s a little tip to really get down to the nitty gritty with your coach!

Make a checklist to prepare for each session, and take notes.

Some questions you can ask yourself:

-How do I feel after the previous session?
-How am I feeling now?
-Have I accomplished my goals from the last session?
-If I didn’t, what stopped me?
-What do I want to include in my next session?

A business coach will show you the path to enlightenment, but as with anything worthwhile, you’re going to have to walk down that path one step at a time, on your own two feet!

I started my business so I would have nobody telling me what to do – so why would I hire a business coach?

Slow your horses there, we’re not here to tell you what to do!

In fact, we assume that you are the expert when it comes to your business.

We are here, however, to ask questions.

Often these will be the ones you have been avoiding asking yourself!

Through the process of joint discussion, ideas are generated. From there you are armed with the necessary insight to make your own decisions on how to improve your situation and reach your goals.

We’ll give you the hammer and show you how to swing it – but you get to decide if you should be using a drill instead!

What would a business coach do for me anyway?

Very glad you asked :)

A good business coach will create a program that is to be designed as a 3-way partnership between the business, the coach, and the client (you).

In the beginning, you will work together with the coach to determine what exactly are your goals.

These could be geared toward the success of the business, as well as toward the satisfaction of personal needs.

Then a strategy will be created, complete with a timeline and schedule, that will lay out what action is to be taken to achieve your goals.

After that, it's time to implement! Through regular audit meetings over time, your coach will monitor the results, offer opportunities for improvement, and allow the plan to evolve alongside your personal evolution.

Your coach will constantly analyze your results against your established goals, and introduce programs that ensure your new mindset and behaviors are internalized.

So, to put it simply, a business coach will help you to improve yourself as a person – and in the process help ensure your lasting success and prosperity.
