Work from Home! Hiring Outbound Appointmet Setters!
Pay Rate: $5/hour
Type: Independent Contractor – Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: MST business hours
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Sales Assistant to support a wellness/mental health technology company in growing its client base. The role is focused on direct outreach, appointment setting, and lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone calls.
If you’re proactive, comfortable in client-facing conversations, and skilled at driving leads into booked calls, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
-Perform direct outreach via LinkedIn DMs to individuals and businesses in the mental health/wellness space.
-Run mass email campaigns (building templates and using tools provided).
-Make outbound cold calls to follow up on interested leads and set qualified appointments.
-Manage replies, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
-Book appointments directly into the client’s calendar.
-Report daily on activities and results.
Requirements:
-Strong English fluency (spoken and written).
-Previous experience with lead generation, sales, or appointment setting.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing.
-Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
-Experience in wellness, health tech, or mental health fields is a plus, but not required.
