The Bandit Model 20XPT is a compact, rugged whole tree track chipper designed for efficient lot and land clearing operations. Rated at 22-inch capacity, it features a generous 26.25-inch by 24.5-inch throat opening to easily process large whole trees.

Powered by Caterpillar, Cummins, or John Deere engines ranging from 275 to 350 horsepower, the 20XP delivers reliable performance in demanding applications. A standard 5.5-foot infeed conveyor, wireless radio remote control, and 270-degree hydraulic swivel discharge enhance productivity and ease of operation.

The Bandit Model 1425 is a compact, cost-effective horizontal grinder designed for contractors looking to efficiently process brush, logs, pallets, and other wood waste into a usable end product. Rated at 14" capacity, the 1425 features a 20" high x 25" wide mill opening and is powered by a fuel-efficient 134-horsepower Kohler diesel engine.

Weighing approximately 12,500 pounds, the 1425 is easy to transport between jobsites. A single-axle configuration provides excellent maneuverability, with a tandem-axle option available. The 24" wide x 7' long infeed conveyor is available in rubber or steel and feeds material into a 36" diameter cuttermill equipped with 14 teeth for efficient grinding. A standard stationary discharge offers a 7' stacking height, while an optional magnetic head pulley helps separate nails when processing pallets.

The Bandit 1425 combines efficient grinding performance, easy transportability, and dependable power in a compact design built to handle a variety of wood waste processing applications.

At the heart of the Bandit HM6420 is a massive 50-inch diameter by 66-inch wide hammermill built for high-production grinding. Featuring a 1.75-inch drum skin, 7-inch alloy steel main shaft and high-strength A-514 steel mill pockets, the mill is engineered for exceptional durability. Twenty carbide-infused hammer inserts and a patent-pending quick-change pocket system help simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.

An aggressive feed system keeps material moving, with a heavy-duty slat-style infeed conveyor delivering more than 18,000 pounds of pulling power. The large-diameter feed wheel adds another 17,000 pounds of pulling power and up to 17,300 pounds of down pressure.

A standard proportional feed system provides feed speeds from 82 to 132 feet per minute, allowing operators to adjust performance based on the material being processed. Three top-mounted screens, available in sizes up to 7 inches, provide flexibility in end-product sizing and can be changed from outside the machine.

For added protection, a standard impact detection system automatically reacts when a contaminant is detected by idling down the engine, opening the gate, disengaging the clutch and reversing the feed.

Built for high production, durability and easier maintenance, the HM6420 is ready to take on demanding grinding applications.

The 20XP brings rugged whole-tree chipping performance to an entry-level, towable package. Rated at 22 inches, this versatile machine features an impressive 26.25" x 24.5" throat opening, giving it the capacity to handle large whole trees with ease.

Bandit’s proven Slide Box Feed System delivers the pulling power needed to tackle stubborn forked limbs and dense hardwood, while engine options from 275 to 350 horsepower provide plenty of muscle for demanding jobs.

An open-top infeed hopper makes loader feeding simple, and the optional 5½-foot infeed conveyor helps move material efficiently into the drum. A standard wireless radio remote provides convenient control, while the 270-degree hydraulic swivel discharge offers flexible chip placement.
