Sharing and tagging Roman Legerski so I can resharing as I am 4th Generation Meat ๐ guy ๐ฆ I am 64 years old, and at 1 time Sheridan Meat was the only Federal inspected Slaughter plant in the State of Wyoming, in Hayday we employed 60 people...I am totally impressed with Truly Beef / Western Heritage and Double LL MEAT and Legerski Sausage is run by my cousin Jimmy as he was trained by my Uncle George ๐ my father ๐จ wouldn't allow me to take over Legerski PROCESSING at Monarch even though I found an investor to Lease it for a year so he was "PROTECTED " I want the Rendering department as I shoveled semi loads of tankage, and the oil/ tallow is like black โซ๏ธ Gold..
