When one of our email marketing agency partners was looking for a Klaviyo Account Manager, they needed someone who could think strategically, manage campaigns end-to-end, and confidently work with clients across email and SMS channels.

Siyabonga Zulu was a strong match from early on. With his background in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, and managing multi-brand email and SMS programs, he brings both the strategic thinking and hands-on ex*****on needed for this kind of role.
