Throughout the month of June, we will be collecting sports drinks, bottled water, and electrolyte packets to donate to our local First Responders. 🚨🚑⛑️

Because of their selfless dedication, our communities remain safe, protected, and cared for. This is a small way for us to show our appreciation and gratitude for all they do.

Driven Legacy believes strong communities are built when people come together to support one another, and this is a great opportunity to help those who serve our community every day.

A few members of Future Leaders of Sherman had the opportunity to stop by the Sherman Animal Shelter today to deliver a donation check. 🐾

When we hosted our Lunch & Learn at First United Bank last month, the Sherman Animal Shelter was their featured nonprofit of the month. We were so grateful that First United allowed us to use their community room, and we wanted to give back to an organization doing so much good for animals in our community.

Thank you to First United Bank - Sherman Travis Street for supporting local nonprofits and to the Sherman Animal Shelter for everything you do for Sherman’s furry friends. 🐶🐱♥️

We had an AMAZING Lunch & Learn last week and learned some valuable information about leadership and team building from retired U.S. Army Colonel J. Craig Flowers!

Huge thank you to Colonel Flowers for sharing his insights with us and also Jake Shockley - State Farm Insurance Agent for partnering with us to make this day happen!

Thank you to First United Bank - Sherman Travis Street for graciously letting us use their board room, we appreciate you!

Lastly, thank you to everyone who came to support and spend your lunch hour with us, we hope you gained as much about Leadership as we did!

Nobody talks about this part of leadership…

The part where you question if you’re doing the right thing.
The part where you’re misunderstood.
The part where doing what’s right doesn’t make everyone happy.

Leadership isn’t proven in the easy moments.
It’s revealed in the hard ones.

It’s choosing integrity over approval.
Consistency over comfort.
And showing up… even when it would be easier not to.

Some of the strongest leaders aren’t the loudest in the room.
They’re the ones who stay steady when things get uncomfortable.

If you’re in that season right now… you’re not alone.

Keep going.
