I've been a TekWav customer since January 2016. Each time I have had an interaction with them the results have been positive. I contacted their support team last week asking if they could assist me in getting a stronger signal to parts of my house. I was fortunate that Collin answered. He explained what I needed to do to make that happen and recommended a mesh system. I have little computer skills so he explained how a mesh system works, gave me three brand names and then suggested one. I bought that system and thought I had it set up correctly but it wasn't working. Collin told me previously that if I had any problems to give them a call. I called and was fortunate enough to get Collin again. He was very patient and stayed on the phone with me for a couple of minutes helping me get my misrouted ethernet cables in the correct place. I really appreciate his knowledge and his assistance. TekWav is a great locally owned company who provides us in rural areas of Texoma quality service .
