By the time the solar modules are placed in the racking, weeks of groundwork are already behind the team—hundreds of blocks set, miles of wire run, thousands of bolts tightened. And that’s all before lifting and placing hundreds of 75-lb modules into position.

Empowering the next generation is one of our favorite things to do.

Today, Solar One’s VP of Operations Ernie Franklin and Director of Marketing Allen Oliver had the opportunity to participate in the 2026 Inspire Career Expo hosted by Junior Achievement of Chisolm Trail in Fort Worth, Texas.

We spent time talking with students about the many opportunities available in the industry—from Design It to Build It to Run It. Solar is more than just panels on a roof; it takes engineers, project managers, electricians, technicians, marketers, and operators working together to bring projects to life.

It’s always encouraging to see students exploring their future paths, and we’re excited to see the seeds planted today grow into the energy leaders of tomorrow.

This week, leaders from our Corporate and Construction teams came together at Table Rock Lake in Branson, Missouri for three focused days of collaboration — strengthening leadership, improving efficiency, and sharpening ex*****on across Solar One.

Our theme was Mission > Moment — “The mission is greater than the moment.”

As we launch into a strong slate of projects in 2026, the reminder was simple but timely: leadership means staying steady when things get loud, staying humble when things go well, and staying united when the work gets hard.
