Customer Principle # 18.... I don’t need a superhero.....just do what you say you’ll do when you say you'll, do it. Isolated or one time heroic acts will never build loyalty as well as consistently good service.

Customer Principle # 143....You don’t have to be perfect, but you need to be reliable. If you don’t have the answer, I am OK with that as long as you don't snow me with an inaccurate one. Just say that you're not sure, be resourceful, find the answer and follow up with it later as promised.
