GUARDIAN DRONE SOLUTIONS LLC — CONTRACT UAS PILOTS
Guardian Drone Solutions LLC is building a nationwide bench of highly skilled R/C, fixed-wing, and Multi-rotor UAS pilots to support CUAS testing, threat-replication, and live-fire evaluation missions.
We are seeking professional operators who can:
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and safely operate multi-rotor, fixed-wing, R/C aircraft
• Serve as mission lead/RPIC and work directly with customers, range personnel, and test teams
• Conduct mission planning, aircraft inspections, safety briefings, and post-mission reporting
• Operate confidently during demanding day or night field events
• Travel throughout the United States as missions require
Minimum qualifications:
• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Demonstrated fixed-wing R/C/UAS flight experience
• Strong aircraft-building, electronics, flight-control, and field-repair skills
• Professional communication, sound judgment, and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively in fast-paced field environments
Experience supporting military, government, CUAS, flight-test, range, or live-fire operations is highly preferred.
Compensation: $500–$800 per day, based on qualifications, experience, and assigned responsibilities
Employment type: Independent contractor (1099)
Location: Remote/home-based with mission-related travel
Status: Contract opportunities are contingent upon award, with potential for recurring work
