With the Taproom build impending, we came across an offer on tanks we couldn’t refuse. With the two new tanks our manufacturing capacity will triple and it’s all stainless! Temp controlled stainless will always yield a superior product when compared to IBC plastic totes that allow oxygen ingress, places for bacterial spoilage, and runaway ferments due to lack of temperature control. It’s the next evolution of our c***ry/meadery and we can’t wait to bring even more products to our area!

We will be closed for the next two weekends for large shows in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes for our patrons. We will be locally in the area this Saturday at Canal Days in Newport Welcome to Newport PA. Next Saturday/Sunday we will be at Pennsboro Pumpkin Fest East Pennsboro Township Parks & Recreation. Come see us at either event if you would like to try our three new meads (Show Boat, Dune, and S'mores Shores) prior to the farm store release. Hope to see everyone at these events!

It's not often we get to drop three new products at once, but we're bringing Fall in a big way! Come this Saturday 12-6 PM to sample three new additions; Crustacean (Apple Pie C***r), Bog (Cranberry C***r) and Flying Dutchman (Pumpkin Spice C***r). We will have samples open to try and it's a good time to stock up as we will be closed the following weekend (10-3-26) for Canal Days in Newport!

Another milestone, we are now an official PA C***r Guild member! With that comes the ability to enter our c***rs into the PA Farm Show, we receive voting rights on PACG motions and we can participate in PACG meetings. This lets our little voice be heard, because all too often the smaller c***ries, meaderies and w**eries are drowned out by the large commercial entities. We are very proud to be making PA based c***rs/meads, giving the community access to a local c***ry (we are Perry's only c***ry/meadery) and becoming part of the greater good for apple growing/c***r making!

The Pennsylvania C***r Guild is a community of c***r makers, c***r drinkers, and associated businesses unified around the common goal of growing the market for Pennsylvania c***r.

New product alert 🚨, Relic, our Elderberry c***r. Woody earthiness combines with tart slightly bitter elderberry notes in this fruit laden c***r! Full-bodied, w**e-like, chock full of vitamins and antioxidants, elderberry fruit has been used for generations and it finally made its way into our c***r. Highly limited release (24 bottles) as it’s a test batch, we are only sampling it this weekend. If you want to try this one for free, stop out to our farm c***ry Saturday 12-6 PM.

Neptune’s Grass 🍺🔱 back by popular demand! We’re re-releasing Neptune’s Grass, our rotating hopped c***r. Extremely limited release, there’s only 48 bottles in total and we like it that way! Every bottle is a reflection of the apples and hops from that season, a true story of its terroir. This time we featured Strata hops, known for its complex layers of strawberry, tropical fruit, and cannabis-like dankness. This danky hoppy c***r has a great hops nose and nice pale ale like finish. Come see us Saturday 12-6 PM to get your hands on a bottle while they last!
