Ohio Utilities Protective Services (OUPS) has made some Law Changes.
Instead of a 48-hour window when you enter in a ticket, it is 2 working days EXCLUDING the day of the notice.
Before it was you start to dig within 10 working days of the notice, (working days exclude weekends & legal holidays) NOW it is 16 CALENDAR days of the 811 notices that you have to dig before you have to put in a new ticket. That also means MARKING FLAGS must stay out for at least those 16 calendar days.

ANY damage MUST be reported to OHIO811.

REMEMBER IT IS THE LAW to call 811 before doing any sort of digging on your property

Tonight at midnight we are going to be doing router maintenance.
Service will be down between around 1am to 5am.
If service does not restore, unplug the router, do NOT hit the reset button (that will factory reset your router). If service still does not restore after maintenance, you may call 419-899-2121 option 2 is our tech support BEFORE 8am.
Our offices will then be open at 8am to assist you.

Monday May 25th both of our offices will be closed for Memorial Day. Both of our offices have a drop box for payments and/or paperwork. You can call us at 419-899-2121 option 1 to leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you on Tuesday May 26, and option 2 will be our afterhours tech support.

ATTENTION SMTA CUSTOMERS.
It looks like there is a SPAM email going around saying that there is a past due bill & Auto payment decline.
Our e-bills go out the very last business day of the month, our bills are ALWAYS due on the 15th of every month & we pull payments on the 15th of every month (unless it is a Saturday or Sunday) PLEASE do not click on anything or put in any payment information if you have gotten that email. Call us if you are unsure if it is legit or not. Our number is 419-899-2121.
