Ok, so David has been looking for the perfect hamburger for weeks. Well, let me tell you, we found it and MORE. Granny’s kitchen in Hallettsville had the best hamburger and homemade fries. I passed by someone who had homemade chips and I almost grabbed one off their table. I had the chicken strips and they were sooooo tender. Go check them out! Didn’t get a picture because we dove in and inhaled our food!!!

Another exit sensor failed, causing the gate to open and close intermittently. Fortunately, the customer allowed me to use his mini excavator, which helped save both time and labor costs while completing the repair.

This morning we were lucky enough to have witnessed a Whooping Crane across the road at our neighbor's pond. It was beautiful! If you spot one, please remember to report it as there are only about 680 of these in the wild. Texas Parks and Wildlife would love for you to fill out this form.
