14 years in both Juvenile and Adult Probation departments in San Joaquin and Sacramento counties.
4 years as Instructor and Director of Yuba College's Nationally acclaimed Correctional Science Program, for which he received the US Department of Education Merit Award.
4 years as Project Coordinator and Interi

m Director of the Training and Education System for American Justice Institute.
3 years as Project Director for the Foundation for Continuing Education in Corrections. This project lead to the creation and funding of a statewide Commission for Training of Probation Officers and Law Enforcement Custody personnel. Today, his daughter Nicole runs the business.
