With all the new programs at our finger tips, the main stream black and white traditional "Blue print" format needs to be updated...Adding color, shading, textures, helps not only the client understand a set of plans but the end fabricator who is to use them to create and build.

Sandi Riley Bradford-pulled out old, crumbled brick and mortar. We replaced it with field stone and new mortar to match the surrounding patio area.

Sandi Riley Bradford-reduced size of the west flowerbed. Used sod from around fire pit to reduce/reuse/recycle waste and aid in fast grass replacement. Also, burried French drains to pull excess rain from near the house.

Sandi Riley Bradford we have removed the sod and recessed the stones for a natural look around the fire pit. We also edged the patio giving the area a "polished" look.
