A few shots from the Branding Shoot with Kristiina Hiukka . ( more to come) Kristiina is a professional leadership coach, consultant, trainer and author. Her whole philosophy comes down to her principle “live and lead fascinated”.

Among many other accomplishments she also serves as the Honorary Vice Consul of Finland for Washington, Montana and Idaho.

I want to add Kristiina is also an ambassador for joy. The room just lights up with her radiance and presence and readiness for seeing and connecting with the lightness and spark in others.

Some images from photo sessions with Zoe Darling over the years. Zoe is an acupuncturist, herbalist, and health counselor whose entire essence revolves around healing—through her hands, her heart, and her eyes.

When you are with her, you can deeply feel her intense sense of awareness and a deep grounding presence the moment she looks at you.

I am honored that Zoe trusts me with creating images of her. As she once wrote to me: “Thank you for reflecting back to me through your photography my own opening of heart and body”

Thank you from my heart, Zoe! I feel the same…

Presence - Radiance - Connection

Headshot session with Robin. Robin for sure embodies these beautiful qualities. It is always wonderful to develop a dialog - with words and without words - during the photo sessions, to give space and allow the presence, radiance and luminosity to show. Thank you, Robin. . and on a side note: Robin is also the beautiful mother of handsome Miles from the highschool senior session in my last post. 😉

Great highschool senior session with Miles. I was impressed by Miles strong sense of style and presence. His interests are in fashion and wrestling. And he speaks french and understood to my surprise the words of the french songs I was playing when he arrived. ( Which I don’t understand, haha.. ). My compliment! I loved his strong ideas for the choice of his outfits, which we discussed and chose at a separate Zoom meeting days before the shoot. Thank you Miles, for your strong commitment and focus during the shoot.

The many faces of Mario Layne Fabrizio - fabulous artist and musician and stylish man about town. Here we are channeling Marcello Mastroianni of 8 1/2 and La dolce vita. Isn’t it obvious? 😉😘 And Mario is a lovely person too. We had so much fun during the shoot. Thank you Mario, for playing along.

We take the time to allow the playful flow through different postures and moods. Being gentle and fierce. Connecting outwardly and retreating inwardly. Arriving in your own skin…..

Beautiful Yvonne Hill of . Yvonne is the founder of as well as a graphic designer and filmmaker. We got a delayed start because of unforeseen circumstances, but we decided to do the shoot anyway. The energy is always building up in a shoot, we laughed, were sad and talked a lot and laughed again. And in between quiet moments of relaxing into the moment and into oneself. And then images happen of gentleness, presence and radiance and beauty. Thank you Yvonne, for trusting the process

I am doing more shoots like this lately, where it is all about playful discovery, allowing yourself to be “seen” and to take time and space for yourself. I call them “Girlfriend-Shoots”, as that is how I started photography in Germany years ago. But the name for these shoots could also be “Flow and Frequency” or “Body Ownership Photography”. What do you think?😘

Beautiful Rayanna

Gentleness and Strength I see in her face.

I thought a lot about what words sum up the last year for me and which qualities I want to bring into the new year: Gentleness and Fierceness come again and again to my mind. To be gentle with fierceness, and to be fierce with gentleness, and the wisdom to know when to walk which path.
