You should NEVER be cutting your lawn below 3", depending upon the species of course, some species of grass should never be cut below 4". We ended up losing this client because we refused to scalp her lawn (her landlord's lawn), and inevitably it will turn into a dirt patch this summer as the heat kills it. Most lawn care companies have no clue what height each species of grass should be cut at to maintain its health and grow in beautifully!

When choosing a company to maintain your property, choose carefully.

New species of spider (for us). We learned about the Arrowhead Orb Weaver today after having one crawl on us after walking face first into her giant web. Carefully removed her and put her back in her area after waving arms and legs like a car dealership blow up character. Beautiful creatures if they're not crawling on you. :-)
