Complete Repair Service is a commercial HVAC contractor to the restaurant and hospitality industry, specializing in high-quality installation, retrofit, and system design for our wide range of clients.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to perform commercial HVAC installations. This role is responsible for installing a diversified range of commercial HVAC systems, refrigerated food storage systems and comprehensive commercial kitchen equipment packages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead installation crews on commercial projects
* Install rooftop units, split systems, chillers, ductwork, ventilation systems and commercial kitchen equipment packages
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on-site
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies
* Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
* Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
* Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization
* Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions in real time

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation best practices
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects

**UPDATE** 3/17 In response to the state mandate regarding restaurants going drive-thru/to-go only, we are still operating normally, and are closely monitoring our ability to continue to order and receive parts and critical components. Some of our factory suppliers are closed, and we will do our best to keep our business partners updated on information as it comes into our office.

Like other businesses in Shreveport/Bossier, we are closely monitoring the ongoing directives being handed down by the state of Louisiana regarding COVID-19. As of now, we are remaining open until otherwise directed and can be reached at our normal line, 318-686-6566.
