🎉 GOOD NEWS FROM DOUBLE D DESIGNS PA! 🎉

Our printer may still be down… but Double D Designs is NOT! 💪🖤

After dealing with this printer nightmare for what feels like forever, we knew we couldn't just sit around waiting on parts and repairs while our customers were waiting on us.

So—we found a solution! 🙌

We have officially partnered with a local printing company who will temporarily be printing our DTF transfers for us while we continue working on getting our own printer back up and running.

What does that mean for you?

✨ WE ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS!
✨ Current orders are moving forward!
✨ We are still designing, pressing and completing everything right here at Double D Designs.
✨ You will still order and communicate directly with us just like always.

We're incredibly thankful to have found a local company willing to work with us and help keep our small business moving during this unexpected setback.

There may be some slight changes in turnaround times while we adjust to this temporary process, but the important part is…

🚨 Printer Update from Double D Designs PA 🚨

We have some good news! 🎉

The replacement part for our printer has officially arrived at the destination port, which means it's one step closer to us. While we're still waiting for final shipping and delivery, we're excited that things are moving in the right direction.

We truly appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and continued support during this unexpected downtime. Your messages, referrals, and encouragement have meant more than you know.

We'll continue to post updates as soon as we know more. We can't wait to get the printer back up and running so we can start creating for all of you again!

📢 Important Update from Double D Designs PA

To our valued customers,
We wanted to let everyone know that our DTF printer is currently out of service due to an unexpected equipment issue. We are waiting on replacement parts, the estimated time for arrival is this coming week!
As a result, our production office will be temporarily closed until the necessary parts arrive and our printer is back up and running.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small business. We are working to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible and will post updates as soon as we have more information.
If you have any questions regarding an existing order, please feel free to send us a message, and we'll respond as soon as we're able.
