While this year’s UMass Cancer Walk was canceled due to severe weather, we’re proud to share that the ForHealth Consulting SoleMates surpassed our fundraising goal. Thank you to everyone who joined our team, donated, and encouraged others to give.

We’re proud to share that Clara Filice, MD, MPH, MHS, chief medical officer for MassHealth and director of ForHealth Consulting's Office of Clinical Affairs, has recently been selected for the Milbank Memorial Fund's 2026-2027 Milbank Fellows Program.

The competitive 10-month program brings together executive branch and state legislative leaders from across the country to share evidence-based approaches to complex health policy challenges.

“I’m excited to bring what I learn through the program back to Massachusetts to help us better serve our members,” said Dr. Filice.

Kudos to ForHealth Consulting’s Mahsa Salsabili, PharmD, PhD, lead pharmacoeconomist, for recently joining the panel “Policy to P&T: Navigating the 2026 Regulatory Landscape” at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Northeast Day of Education in Philadelphia.

The discussion covered drug pricing models from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), recent 340B Drug Pricing Program developments, and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) transparency reforms, along with what these changes mean for managed care pharmacy, from formulary management to pharmacy and therapeutics (P&T) committee decision-making.
