Empowered Mastery YOUR LIFE OUR PASSION ONE PURPOSE Everything we do each and every day is to work together with you to achieve your life's purpose or Worthy Ideal.

Health and Vitality is a LIFESTYLE not an activity. Business success is an ongoing PROCESS not a destination. It's the difference between thinking UNCOMMONLY and commonly. It's the difference between thinking inside out rather than outside in. This applies to everything we want to achieve in life; personally, professionally, spiritually and physically. This philosophy and uncommon way of thinking led to the creation of our TRANSFORMATION Doctrine™.

Stop saving your most important tasks for last.

If prospecting drives your revenue, it belongs at the top of your calendar….not the end of the day when "life happens."

By moving income-generating activities to morning time blocks, you ensure they actually get done.

Want to boost your productivity without burning out?

High performers often pack their schedules at the expense of their health and relationships.

The fix? Design your week around "immovable rocks."
Prioritize and lock in time for:
Health.
Family.
Focus Time.

Build your schedule around what matters most, and the rest will fall into place.

Ripping off the band-aid and delivering a sincere, vulnerable apology can be uncomfortable.

But what’s the alternative?

Carrying the weight of an unaddressed mistake can be stressful. Without closure, the anxiety and guilt just fester.
True closure requires courage.

Don’t Lose Your Sense of Adventure

I think a lot of people lose their sense of adventure as they get older. Life becomes schedules, stress, responsibilities, and routines. The idea of taking a trip, climbing a mountain, or doing something outside the norm starts to feel unrealistic. But honestly, I believe adventure becomes even more important as we get older, because one day the opportunities in front of us now won’t be there anymore.

That’s why I love to keep life exciting. I love to travel, hike, explore, and put myself into experiences that make me feel alive. Some of my clearest thoughts and best memories have happened on top of a mountain or somewhere far outside my comfort zone.

What‘a really great is Kathy loves this stuff too… honestly, sometimes even more than me. She’s always willing to say yes to the next adventure, push herself, and do the things most people talk themselves out of. I believe that shared sense of adventure is part of why we continue to grow together.

Adventure keeps your spirit young. Too many people trade excitement for comfort and slowly stop living long before life is over.

That’s why I’m excited for the next Empowered Mastery Extreme trip to Guatemala. It’s not just about volcanoes or travel. It’s about reconnecting with the part of yourself that still wants to grow, challenge limits, and feel fully alive. And if your like me, do it while my body is able to.

If something inside you is craving more… maybe this is your sign. Take the trip. Climb the mountain. Do something epic.

Tone is everything. But listening to your own tone? That takes real courage.

We all know that feeling when the right words come out with the wrong delivery. The takeaway is simple…have the courage to hear yourself.
Be comfortable being uncomfortable. When your tone misses the mark, swallow your pride, correct yourself, and say, "I’m sorry."

Great leadership starts with absolute accountability.

True leaders don't blame their team for gaps in ex*****on.

They look inward first.
When you lead with appreciation and humility you build trust, shift the dynamic, and unlock your team's true potential.

Accepting responsibility is not about condoning bad behavior. It is about having the humility to admit where you could have communicated or led better.

In this episode of The Slight Shift Show, Chris and Angela dive deep into Principle #8 of the Il Il Shin Philosophy.

The concept of "Thank You and I'm Sorry."

Moving far beyond kindergarten manners, Angela and Chris explore how applying these two phrases at a foundational level can completely dissolve tension in your relationships, leadership, and parenting.

“Thank you” and “I'm sorry” can deepen your relationships both personally and in business.

Next time you lose your patience or feel frustration creeping in, try shifting your mindset. Instead of getting angry, tell yourself: "I’m just training extra hard today."

Just like pushing your limits at the gym, life's challenging moments are opportunities to build your mental muscles. Use friction to practice extra grace, patience, and forgiveness.

Remember the ABT rule: “Always Be Training.”
