Meet owner and founder of Spectrum Consultants Group, Rick Varner--
Rick has trained in motor vehicle collision analysis throughout the United States and Canada. Since 1984 he has provided training for the legal, transportation, emergency response, and educational communities. Rick is the co-author of the Commercial Vehicle Accident Reconstruction & Investigation Textbook (1st & 2nd Editions, Lawyers & Judges Publishing) and has taught at various college programs in the areas of collision, trace evidence, and heavy truck crashes.
