✨ Leadership Cheyenne County Class of 2026 – Session Recap! ✨

This month, the Leadership Cheyenne County class took a closer look at themselves and how they connect with others through an engaging Enneagram session led by Theresa Krupicka and Jasmin Beeney of Bridge Nine Consulting.

The class explored how personality influences the way we interact with others and how others may perceive us. They also learned how the Enneagram framework can be used for personal transformation and stronger relationships, including an understanding of:

🔹 Core motivations
🔹 Driving fears
🔹 Defense mechanisms
🔹 Cognitive biases
🔹 How our personalities influence our relationships and leadership

It was a great opportunity for the class to gain a deeper understanding of themselves while learning tools they can use to communicate and lead more effectively.

✨ Leadership Cheyenne County Session 5 Recap ✨

This month, the Leadership Cheyenne County class took a deep dive into the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence.

Corey Keen led the session, exploring the history of AI, how it has developed over time, and the various AI platforms and tools available today. Participants learned about the capabilities of different AI systems and discussed how businesses, organizations, and individuals are utilizing these technologies in their everyday work.

The learning didn't stop with discussion. The class had the opportunity to get hands-on experience, using AI tools to begin building their own apps and exploring practical applications for solving real-world problems.

As technology continues to shape the way we live and work, understanding AI is becoming an increasingly valuable leadership skill. This session challenged participants to think creatively, embrace innovation, and consider how emerging technologies can support their organizations and communities.

Thank you to Corey Keen for sharing his expertise and helping our class gain a better understanding of one of today's most talked-about technologies.
