New School Year. Same Great Mission. ❤️

A new school year means new classrooms, new routines, new opportunities—and for TeamMates, another year of making sure students have a trusted adult in their corner.

We’re excited to continue growing the TeamMates of Sidney chapter this year and connecting even more students with mentors who show up, listen, encourage and believe in them.

But we’re starting the year with some unfinished business: 7 students are still on our waitlist from last school year, waiting for a mentor.

Just 45 minutes a week can make a lasting difference in a student’s life. You don’t need to be a teacher, counselor or expert—you simply need to be someone who cares and is willing to show up consistently.

As our chapter grows, so does our need for mentors. Could you be the person one of these 7 students has been waiting for?

Another amazing TeamMates Fun Day in the books!

Today was a special opportunity for our mentors and mentees to come together one last time before summer break to celebrate another great year filled with encouragement, friendship, growth, and memories.

A huge THANK YOU to our mentors for saying “yes,” showing up consistently, and making a difference in the lives of these students all year long. Your time, support, and presence mean more than you know. ❤️

We are so grateful for this incredible program, our mentors and mentees, and the relationships built through it.

And thank you to Cedar Lanes for hosting us today!
