There’s something incredibly cool about walking into a company and seeing your photography living on the walls.

Not tucked away in a folder. Not used once and forgotten. Displayed proudly as part of the space, the culture and the story of the people who work there.

Because great photography doesn’t just show what a company does. It celebrates the people who make it what it is.

This was pretty damn cool to see today.

Good things have been happening behind the scenes at Creative Marketing Strategies, and today I finally get to share one of them.

I'm excited to welcome Sarah Kirkpatrick as Creative Director.

Over the past several months, [cms] has been growing with intention, and bringing Sarah on is an exciting part of what's next. She's incredibly talented, thoughtful, creative, and understands that the best work starts with listening. She shares the same passion for helping organizations tell their story in meaningful ways, and I know our clients are going to love working with her.

For me, this is about continuing to build the kind of agency our clients can count on for great ideas, thoughtful strategy, and work that makes an impact.

Hot take: Print isn't dead.

It's just waiting for marketers to stop treating it like their weird uncle at Thanksgiving. 😅

The Blue Angels flew over during our pre-production meeting.

Needless to say… the meeting paused.

For about a minute, we were little kids again, looking up at the sky with giant smiles.

Also, my phone ran out of storage halfway through recording, so this footage is courtesy of my client. 😅
