This morning at Kingdom Business Network, we were reminded of something simple but powerful: our words matter.

Benjamin Mccorkle shared a training on encouragement and challenged us to be intentional about making the people around us feel appreciated, valued, and seen.

Proverbs 18:21 reminds us that “death and life are in the power of the tongue.”

Think about the people you interact with every day, your customers, business partners, employees, friends, family, and even the people you meet for the first time.

What if we made it our mission to leave people a little more encouraged than we found them?
Sometimes it only takes a few words:
💛 “I appreciate you.”
💛 “You’re doing a great job.”
💛 “I see what you’re doing.”
💛 “Keep going, you’re making a difference.”

You never know what someone may be carrying behind the scenes, or how much a simple word of encouragement might mean to them.

So here’s your Motivation Monday challenge:
👉 Who are YOU going to encourage today?
Be intentional.
Speak life.
Build someone up.
Make someone feel seen.
Let’s be the kind of business community that doesn’t just build businesses, we build people.
