UPDATE (4:25 p.m.): Lathena is the name of the little girl and she has been reunited with her parents. She was originally at the park as part of the City of Sierra Vista Sparks fall break recreation program. The investigation is ongoing.
personnel are looking for the public's assistance. This young girl has been playing at the playground at Veterans Memorial Park (3105 Fry Blvd) for the past several hours without any supervision. personnel have canvassed the area looking for her parents and have had no luck.
