Family can be created. These people have become way more than friends to me. They’ve seen me at my best, they’ve seen me when I’m not so good, they’ve seen me doubt myself, they’ve seen me dominate and crush it…..they’ve supported me every step of the way.

We are all on an individual journey of self discovery. And we go deep. Superficial bu****it has no place in our group. We are all on different levels in our businesses. Some have kids, some don’t. Some are married, some are not. So are from the US, some are not.

We are not average - which is intentional and by design.

What’s the same? We all push and guide each other to be a little better than we were yesterday.

We all support each other, we show up for each other, hold the other accountable, we guide each other, we hold space when others are vulnerable, if one of us says we will do something - we will do it.

Find your people who will elevate you. After all, you will become a combination of the 3-5 people you are around the most.

Day 1 of 365! Happy 2022! 🥂

What would your life look like if you told yourself every morning, afternoon, and night what you had already accomplished? Your dreams are fulfilled! How would you feel hearing those words? How would your energy levels change? How would you act or carry yourself?

If you’ve not mapped out your 2022 dreams and goals yet, today is a great day to do so! Like right now….

What will define your 2022? What experiences will you have? How will you intentionally grow and evolve?

This year it is my deepest goal and mission to guide you and millions of other women through The Metamorphosis Retreats on the path to re connect with yourself, learn to trust yourself, and fall in love with yourself! Stepping out of your comfort zone - being nervous or worried and doing it anyway.

How do we do this? We do it together, with other amazing authentic women, of course! By stepping into the fear of the unknown, by stepping into the super power of being vulnerable, by surrounding ourselves with people who inspire and uplift us, by falling in love with ourselves over and over no matter how many times we fall from grace, by going after the dreams and goals we think are too big, and by being ok with asking for help!

I got to chat 2022 GOAL SETTING - one of my favs - with these amazing women Edible Sarasota The Scout Guide a few days ago! Have you seen it? Are you getting your goals and dreams organized now?

Here are a few questions to ask yourself in order to gain momentum for the start of the new year!! Don’t wait until January! Today is the day!

What does my first quarter of 2022 look like? Second quarter?
What do I want to accomplish in 2022?
What is the one dream I am going to make come true this year?
5 tips for a successful new year!

Start now and dream BIG!
Writing it all down creates action behind a dream, making it a goal
Release the fear - see failure as an opportunity
Create a time frame which creates leverage
Hire a coach who can get you out of your comfort zone. Comfort zone is a one way ticket to lack of growth.

Think about that last one. Some of your greatest achievements came from when there was a level of pain or discomfort attached to it. A speech given. A partnership or marriage. A divorce or separation. A solo trip you took. Having a child. Investing. Changing your path in some way. Coming out. Going in. Diving deep at a conference or retreat. Talk therapy. Instead of waiting for something to happen, create it. Put yourself in the uncomfortable situation and surrender to it and watch the magic happen 💫 it may not be easy, but it will be worth it!

Love to you all! You are supported and guided. Enjoy the rest of this wonderful holiday season and remember, even though it’s winter life is still happening for you! Spring is closer than you think.

I have so many feels today. I have been challenging and allowing myself to connect within on a super deep level lately. It feels….daunting, surreal, intriguing, frightening, enlightening, happy, sad, and exciting with moments of wtf is happening?!!?

What I know is this……

Say the I love you. Even if you’ve been in a relationship for years or have just met someone, haven’t seen someone in a long time, are afraid, are unsure if they love you, are angry or happy. Say it. Feel it. Mean it. And let it go.

Take the jump into the ocean, into the trip, into the relationship, into the business adventure, into the whatever….even if it’s freezing cold. Feel it. If it calls you, jump! If it scares you, jump! If you have doubt, jump! So what if the water is cold. That produces a feeling of vigor and excitement. Do the thing! Especially if your nervous or afraid. Jump! You are universally supported.

Learn to trust yourself. This is a skill set we all must learn, ongoing. It’s a practice we must participate in daily. This isn’t taught anywhere just because, it must be sought out.

Fear will pull you down. It will not ease up. Look at it. Acknowledge it. Process it. And work through it. Doubt will haunt you. Waiting for the perfect moment - it doesn’t exist. The time is now.

This is Mercedes. I love her 💜Mercedes works at and is excellent at what she does. Mercedes has a kind, loving, energetic soul and makes me feel so much love with every visit. I return the love without hesitation. Our connection is strong and we see each other and hear each other often without any verbal communication.

What does it mean to be seen?
What does it mean to be heard?

Think about how you feel when someone sees you. Think about how you feel when you are heard. Think about how you feel when you are not.

Acknowledging another is the art of seeing and hearing. The simple yet profound act of connecting with eye contact and a smile has lasting effects. Asking someone how they are feeling or how their day is going, and intentionally listening to the answer, is also profound. Leave people a little better than they were before you saw them - it will live within them for a long time. Best thing, it doesn’t cost a cent.

I do my best to give out what I want back in return. After all, it’s the universal law. The law of assumption. The law of attraction. The law of manifestation. They all intertwine. ‘Tis the season friends ♥️ and go visit for connection, coffee, ice cream, beignets, and inclusion!

You know what I know?

I know I am love. I am abundant. I am grace. I am open. I am divine. I am perseverant. I am determined. I am evolving. I am confident. I am protected. I am ready! I am a warrior.

Affirmations are a necessary part of life. Regardless where you are or what you are working towards, personally or professionally, how you speak to yourself is crucial to your success and growth.

We speak to ourselves every day all day. The idea is to be intentional with your words.

Do these statements sound familiar..
I’m such an idiot.
I am so busy I can’t think.
I can’t do that
I can’t say that
That won’t happen
I don’t know if it’ll ever…..
I don’t have enough money to…
I cannot afford that
I’m not smart, good, worthy enough
I don’t know how to….

These words, just typing them out changed my state of mind. They feel heavy and hard and make my energy drop, instantly! Blahhhh

While some of these may be true at times, that’s not the path to progress. To carve the path, say what will happen. What can happen. What you want or aspire to be. Even if you don’t know how, speak it as if it’s happened already.

Your thoughts are powerful. You become what you think. Reflect today on how you speak to yourself and consider this….
