CARDIO ππΌββοΈvs WEIGHTS ππ»ββοΈ
Here is me at 120lbs vs 147lbs (I'm 5'7) ππ»
I use to be a Slave to the tredmil ππΌββοΈwishing for a JLO physique but as time went on, I didn't really understand WHY I was such a string bean! ππ
I thought lifting weights was for guys and that it was to get HENCH! ππ»ββοΈ
Can anyone relate ?!
I couldn't have been MORE WRONG !!
I get so many messages from girls saying they are afraid to lift weights because they want to be a certain weight and don't want to be bulky or build muscle on top of fat - so all they do is RUN AND EAT SALAD π₯ !!
That was my story too !
Endless running on the tredmill and always hungry, living off salad leaves and tuna π and not getting results ππ΅π€
Getting bulky like a man and build muscle on top of fat are both myths and so far from reality!!!
I am proof of that as you can see π
Lifting weights in the gym is amazing and won't make you manly or bulky, in fact the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism will be, the more calories you will burn throughout the day and easier for you to loose fat and keep it off for good aaaannnndddddds my FAVOURITE part, the more you can eat :)

Of course doing cardio is important for cardiovascular health and incorporating HITT training is a fab way to blast the fat, but πGIRLSπdo not be afraid to lift weights in the gym to sculpt your bodyπ
Combined with a balanced whole food and lean protein based diet you will start to see that b***y get firmer and you can wave goodbye to those bingo Wings ππ»ππ»
