Our vision is to see communities, cities and nations transformed by a global movement of leaders and corporations working together to make an eternal impact. These medium-sized businesses that are often privately held corporations are key to the transformation of society because they can create jobs, influence local communities, enter new markets and address many social ills such as corruption and

unemployment, IF they understand their true purpose, and once their leaders are themselves repurposed. As a practical step to achieving our vision, rēp mobilizes teams of highly-qualified volunteers to travel to host countries to partner with local business owners in transformational Ventures. 20 consultants transforming 10 companies in 10 days. And we commit to do this at least 10 times in each location to ensure critical mass of 100 companies is reached.

We were shocked to hear of the passing of our dear friend Marlene Ganga. We were honored to serve alongside Marlene as she invited us into her community in Cape Town and Madagascar. We were privileged to go to Madagascar twice with Marlene. She had served there for many years and had deep and rich friendships. She facilitated the opportunity for us to share about Repurposing Business and much more. Marlene was our Training and Country leader for Madagascar and served so faithfully in that capacity.
I don't think I will ever forget her laugh and joyful spirit. Her strong yet gentle presence and her deep faith impacted all of us.
On February 26, 2026 we hosted a tea at our home in Cape Town. Marlene was not planning to come and then at the last minute she came. She told me that she felt God told her to come and she didn't know why. I am so glad she obeyed as this was the last time we were together.
Marlene served her Lord and Savior so faithfully and I know the Lord is saying, "Well done good and faithful servant."
Marlene, we love you and will miss you.
