Our vision is to see communities, cities and nations transformed by a global movement of leaders and corporations working together to make an eternal impact. These medium-sized businesses that are often privately held corporations are key to the transformation of society because they can create jobs, influence local communities, enter new markets and address many social ills such as corruption and unemployment, IF they understand their true purpose, and once their leaders are themselves repurposed. As a practical step to achieving our vision, rēp mobilizes teams of highly-qualified volunteers to travel to host countries to partner with local business owners in transformational Ventures. 20 consultants transforming 10 companies in 10 days. And we commit to do this at least 10 times in each location to ensure critical mass of 100 companies is reached.
