*IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFO*
Appointments are limited - we can only serve so many customers per day. Please DO NOT schedule multiple appointments. You only need 1 appointment and can combine all your auctions in the auction ID box. We still have customers booking multiple appointments per day or even appointments each day that they don't show up for. This is taking up all the appointment slots. Please do not waste appointments - many customers are trying to get scheduled but appointments are no longer available. We will go through and try to clean up the schedule and combine appointments to open those slots back up. If you have not been able to book an appointment, please keep checking back daily,
ALSO, PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK WHAT YOU ENTER IN THE AUCTION ID BOX, Our team can only pick what you have scheduled in the auction ID box.
**Missed appointments can no longer be rescheduled and all items will be forfeited without refund.

Guidelines for Final Pick-Ups:

1) All pickups are by appointment only - no exceptions
2) Schedule ONE appointment only. If you want to pick up multiple auctions, enter those into the auction ID box when scheduling. DO NOT schedule multiple appointments or one appointment per auction. This only takes up the appointment availability for other customers.
**Be advised that the appointment software will not stop you from scheduling auctions that you have previously picked up or unpaid auctions. When the appointment reminder is sent, any auction code highlighted in red was unpaid and those items were forfeited - they are no longer available. (Again, our warehouse staff does not process payments. Regardless of how much your credit limit is, how much money you have in that account, if you always pay your bills, or believe it was an error on our end if your card was declined and the invoice was not paid, those items were forfeited.)
3) Do NOT stop our staff that will be delivering your items, their job is delivery ONLY. Stopping them delays them from serving other customers with appointments.
4) DO NOT ENTER THE WAREHOUSE! Please stay in your vehicle. Do not approach the door or enter the warehouse in an attempt to reach customer service. Entering the warehouse will be considered trespassing.
5) Customer service will only be available through the textline. As you can imagine, we are getting a lot of messages. We will not be able to efficiently answer emails, voicemails, FB messages and therefore will only be answering the textline. It will take more than 1 business day to get back to you
6) We will not be able to take back or store any items. If you are unable to fit items in your vehicle from your pickup, we will not take them back into the warehouse for storage. You can contact Blue Sky Self Storage which is next door to our facility at (479) 524-3700
7) Any disorderly conduct on our premises and/or abusive, aggressive, or foul language directed toward our staff will result in immediate forfeiture of your items without a refund. You will be asked to leave our premises and not to return.

Thank you all for your patience as we evaluated Nexus Resale Auctions and our bidders in this market. As we stated last week, we took this time to pause the auctions and process through some of the issues that have been in front of us.

After careful consideration of the auction process, bidder satisfaction and the safety and well-being of our staff, we have decided to close Nexus Resale Auctions. We understand this may not be great news for many of you and we want to assure you that we share this sentiment with you.

We underestimated the massive response to the auctions in this market and this contributed to the degrees of difficulty in keeping up with the significant volume of products to be served out every day. We also experienced some very unpleasant moments where our staff suffered verbal attacks on numerous occassions and we simply cannot continue in this environment.

Although we added the maximum amount of staff and time that we have available, many of you still experienced very long wait times. Forseeing the length of time that would be required to sort through the remaining auctions as well as the management of appointments for both the bidders and staff, we decided not to ask our bidders to wait any longer. Instead, we have refunded the following auctions that will no longer be available to pickup:

2315BP, 2315CP, 2315DP, 2315EP, 2315FP, 2315GP, 2316AP, 2316BP, 2316CP, 2316DP,and 2316EP.

We will continue serving appointments that are scheduled this week for previously prepared items. However, we are requiring that all remaining auctions are scheduled by Friday, 5/5. We will not be taking any new appointments after this deadline as we close down warehouse operations. To be clear, we will continue to serve the appointments for a short period after 5/5, but only the appointments that are scheduled before this deadline.

We humbly thank you for allowing us to serve you during this time.

Hey bidders! As many of you have requested, we have decided to pause the auctions for a little while in order to get things caught up and offer the best experience for our bidders and our staff.

We are so grateful for all of you and will be back soon with the best possible inventory and the best possible experience. Hang in there guys!
