📢 A LITTLE 67 TOWING PSA 📢

We love our guys. They can tow your car, change your tire, jump-start you on the side of the road, and somehow get themselves into places a tow truck probably has no business fitting. 😂

But there is ONE job we’d really like to leave to the office:

💰 TAKING YOUR PAYMENT.

If our office is OPEN, please come inside and pay us directly.

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Why? Because “I gave it to one of the guys” can quickly turn into:

🤔 Which guy?
🤔 What ticket was it for?
🤔 Where did he put it?
🤔 Did he remember to bring it inside?
🤔 And why are the office ladies now conducting a full-scale FBI investigation over $87.43? 😂

We want your payment received, recorded, and applied to the correct account right away.

🌙 AFTER HOURS OR WEEKENDS?
We understand! Our trucks run 24/7 even though our office does not. If you pay one of our drivers outside normal office hours, PLEASE GET A PAID COPY OF YOUR TICKET. Keep it for your records.

We promise we aren’t trying to make paying your bill harder. We’re actually trying to make sure when you pay us, we know you paid us. 😂

🚨 NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT 🚨

Well… our office has an immediate opening. (Sometimes life works itself out. 😏)

We’re looking for someone who can survive controlled chaos, laugh when things get crazy, and keep the office running while ten different things are happening at once.

Here’s the honest part…

❌ No health insurance.
❌ No fancy benefit package.
❌ No free massages on Fridays.
❌ No pizza parties to make up for poor management. (We’re better than that.)

Here’s what we do offer…

💰 Starting pay is $15/hour during training. Once you’re fully trained, your pay will be reviewed and increased based on your performance, reliability, and the level of responsibility you’re able to take on.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling towing calls
• Helping with trucking paperwork
• Working with customers
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Data entry
• Learning multiple businesses and helping wherever needed
• Probably getting interrupted 47 times before lunch.

We’re looking for someone who…

✔ Can multitask without panicking.
✔ Learns quickly.
✔ Has a positive attitude.
✔ Can work independently.
✔ Is dependable. (Seriously… dependable.)
✔ Doesn’t mind asking questions.
✔ Can handle a fast-paced environment.
✔ Can laugh when the day goes completely off the rails.

Computer experience is preferred. QuickBooks, Excel, and general office knowledge are a huge plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

If you’re looking for an easy job where you can sit on your phone all day… this probably isn’t it.

But if you’re looking for a place where your work matters, your bosses appreciate you, and no two days are ever the same… we’d love to meet you.

🚨 ATTENTION ALL 67 TOWING & ROADSIDE RESCUE CUSTOMERS 🚨
THIS IS YOUR NOTICE.

Effective immediately, 67 Towing & Roadside Rescue will NO LONGER offer payment plans or delayed payments.

❌ No “I’ll pay you later.”�❌ No “I’m having a hard time”.�❌ No exceptions.

NO PAYMENT = NO SERVICE.✌️

No money? = No tow. No tires. No repair. If another company wants to wait on payment, that’s their decision. We’re simply no longer one of them. 😏

For years, we gave people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that has resulted in many many MANY thousands of dollars in unpaid accounts. While invoices go unpaid, our payroll, fuel, insurance, repairs, and taxes still have to be paid. Borrowing money at nearly 7% interest to cover someone else’s unpaid bill is not how a healthy business operates. When the payment cycle is broken, everyone pays the price. That ends today.

‼️ If you currently owe us money, contact our office immediately. Although we have never enforced our late payment policy in the past. Effective this week, all past-due accounts are subject to late charges.
If we do not hear from you immediately, with pre-made arrangements, those charges will begin accruing until your balance is paid in full.

This policy is permanent and applies to everyone.

Are you looking for a new career opportunity in the towing industry? 67 Towing may have just what you're looking for! We are currently seeking one or two individuals to join our team as full-time tow truck operators. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of tires, including running a tire changer and balancer, as well as basic mechanics skills. In addition, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are a must. As part of our team, you will be responsible for operating our tow trucks, performing basic shop duties, and responding to service calls. The pay for this position will be based on experience.
