🚨Service Update: Resolved 12:05pm🚨

We’re happy to report that the call routing outage tied to Lumen’s regional network has been resolved.

All services should now be operating normally. If you notice anything still not working properly, please reach out so our team can help.

We know outages are frustrating, especially for our local businesses and families, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked through this together.

🚨Service Update 3/3/26 at 11:45 am🚨

We are continuing to experience a call routing outage related to the two the SS7 links provided by Lumen.

We have been working diligently with them to resolve the issue. However, we have run into a roadblock when it comes to communication with Lumen. We have not received an update from them in 13 hours.

Our team is continuing to press for response for an updated. As soon as one becomes available, the update will be posted here.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
