Balancing parenting, work and household responsibilities as a single parent in this part of the world can be challenging emotionally,physically,and finicially , as the only bread winner of my household that meant working even harder to provide a decent life for my kids . I kept picking over time and extra shifts at work to make ends meet but after paying here, childcare expenses which were costly for the 2 kids and also support my aging parents home there was hardly anything to save , I was working hard but not getting ahead, being the only parent my children had and I was hardly home was also a great concern to me, i knew I needed to find another option that would give me some flexibility in my work schedule , I just didn’t know what or where to begin. In 2020 I lost my only source of survival with no emergency funds or a back up plan it hit me hard how crucial it was to have a finicial back up plan to fall back on in times like this, unexpected times it was then that I realized how risky it was for any family to depend on one source of revenue. It was during that time when I was looking for work online that I came across a business in my newsfeed with 91k global business owners, I attended their 90 min live complimentary virtue workshop to learn more about this business, to this day I’m so grateful that I took a leap of faith and registered for that workshop it is one of the best decisions I have ever taken for my family.
