SRC was thrilled to partner with The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to plan and facilitate NAEYC's first state convening on quality! We brought passionate early childhood state leaders and NAEYC affiliates together to explore how NAEYC resources and tools can be used to elevate quality standards at the state level. We were inspired by the passion and dedication of our partners and attendees! We are excited to see the future impact of this convening!

While the field is seeing an increase in awareness of the significant role the early grades can play, there is much to be learned and do to develop strong and equitable systems of learning in K–2. Recently, we had the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive landscape analysis (alongside our partners at New America) to inform a deeper understanding of current conditions, policies, and practices within the K–2 space.
