Platinum Advantage is a company designed to allow licensed brokers to continue to receive residual income while doing passive real estate through referrals. Associates will be paid through referrals at a split of 70/30. 70% is paid to the associate. Many brokers will use Platinum Advantage to transition from active sales to retirement.
Associates are able to refer clients to brokers who they know, like and trust. Associates will not have access to the MLS and will not be able to be active in the sales process, they will, however, be able to consult. Platinum Advantage Associates will not need to pay MLS or Realtor’s Dues. The only requirements are you must have a current real estate license and you cannot be actively associated with any other real estate company.
