I’ve Sat on Every Side of the Table

For most of my career, I sat on one side of the table.

I built my career in retail and banking, working for great companies, leading teams, serving customers, and learning what it takes to build a successful business from the inside.

Then I decided to sit on the other side of the table.

I became a business owner.

Owning a business taught me lessons that no corporate position ever could. The freedom is rewarding, but it also comes with risk, responsibility, and decisions that only an owner truly understands.

Today, I have the privilege of sitting at yet another side of the table.

As a Franchise Consultant with Eureka Franchise Consulting, I help people explore whether business ownership is the right next step for them. I don’t believe everyone should own a business but I do believe everyone deserves the opportunity to explore what’s possible.

I’ve experienced the security of corporate America, the challenges of business ownership, and now the privilege of helping others navigate that same journey.
