programs. JailTime Consulting offers solutions to the problems that men and women facing federal prison are confronted with. We also prepare our clients for admission to the 500-Hour Residential Drug Abuse Program. This BOP program, offers the inmate up to a 12 month sentence reduction and up to 6 months in a halfway house. This has the net effect of reducing the inmate’s institutional incarceration in a federal prison by up to 18 months! We also provide assistance with three other sentence reduction programs; The Second Chance Act Program, The Compassionate Release Program, and the Commutation of Sentence Program. In all we have over 36 programs available for inmates and defendants.
