Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Greg Polley and I am the owner of AAA JB Taxidermy in Sioux City, Iowa. I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself and my experience as a taxidermist. I am a lifelong resident of the Siouxland area. I was born in Sioux City and grew up in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Growing up in this area, hunting and fishing were a major part of my life, and
they still are today. I developed a love for wildlife and the sportsman lifestyle, so a career in taxidermy came naturally to me. I have been fortunate enough to be in a position where I could earn a living doing something I love and I take a tremendous amount of pride in the quality of my work. I began my taxidermy career in 1982 and have had a lot of opportunities to “learn on the job”. During that time, I have completed over 5,000 deer mounts in addition to countless pheasants, turkey, ducks, geese, and fish. I also have extensive experience working with exotic animal mounts. I believe these experiences, coupled with the flexibility and creativity of my work, play a big role in producing a quality product for my customers.
