🏗️ New Project Feature: Farm-Rite – Sauk Rapids, MN

We're excited to be providing the fire sprinkler design for Farm-Rite's new 35,000-square-foot agricultural service and sales facility in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. This project will support the company’s growing operations with a reliable and efficient fire protection system tailored to the building's needs.

The facility will be protected by a single wet pipe fire sprinkler system utilizing approximately 300 sprinklers throughout the space. Our team is focused on delivering a code-compliant, cost-effective design that promotes occupant safety while supporting the building's agricultural and commercial functions.

🚨 Project Spotlight: Boulder Canyon Clubhouse – Apple Springs, SD 🚨

The Boulder Canyon Clubhouse project highlights how fire protection designs can be adapted to accommodate unique architectural features while maintaining reliable life safety protection.

A standout aspect of this project was the restaurant area, which featured distinctive ceiling elements that required a specialized sprinkler approach. Rather than being protected by the wet system serving the remainder of the finished spaces, these areas were protected by a dry sprinkler system, allowing the architectural design to be preserved while maintaining code-compliant fire protection coverage throughout the building.
