We received the following comments from one of our customers today. Thank you Brian!!

Today one of your drivers helped to deliver my car to a service station. I just wanted to pass along the feedback that this was an incredibly good experience for me. The driver was professional, courteous and careful through the whole process.

Here are a couple of things that I appreciated:
* The scheduler provided an estimate of the cost before the service was provided
* The driver called before he came over to be sure I was expecting him
* The driver came over exactly when the scheduler said he would
* When the driver noticed that he would need to drive on grass, he took extra time to make sure it would not cause any problems
* The driver took extreme caution to make sure the car would not be damaged while it was being loaded.
* The driver didn't make any complaints about the irregular terrain, the cold temperature, or the lowered car - he just got the job done.

I don't need a tow truck very often. But when I do, I always call Jim & Ron's and I have never been disappointed. The scheduling is professional, the response is quick, the driver is professional, and the service is excellent.

I don't have any suggestions for how you could improve - so please, keep up the good work. And please pass my appreciation along to your team.

For almost 30 years, Gene was the face and voice of Jim and Ron’s Service. He will always have a place in our hearts!
