This weeks featured speaker is Evan Hieber.

Evan was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After graduating from Lincoln High School in 2016, Evan went to South Dakota State University to compete in the Decathlon for the Track & Field team. In 2021 Evan graduated with a B.A. degree in Business Economics with a Minor in Spanish and a Workplace Intercultural Competency Certificate.

Shortly after graduation, Evan decided to follow in his father's footsteps and get into the insurance industry. Evan joined the team at Wilcoxon Insurance in 2021 as a personal lines insurance agent.
Evan loves to enjoy the outdoors where his hobbies are hunting and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as staying active and participating/watching sports.

Kory Thorstenson from HomeTeam Inspection is our featured speaker this week!

Kory was Born and raised in Sioux Falls. He is a graduate of SDSU with BS in Public Health Education. Army veteran of 10 years with 452nd OD Co in Aberdeen, SD. Prior to home inspections, he and his wife owned a gym in White, SD, where he did personal training. He had been fortunate to have remodeled homes, and owned rentals, which led to an interest in home inspections. He’s been with HomeTeam since 2020. His favorite part of his job is meeting people from all over and helping them gain valuable knowledge of their future home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and traveling.

Our featured speaker of the week is Lyndsey Gerhart from Farmers Insurance.

Lyndsey is an Agency Producer at Farmers Insurance- Douglas Beltman Agency where she focuses on commercial insurance. She is a licensed agent in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know each of her client's needs and helping them to be ready for anything that life throws at them.

Lyndsey grew up in Baytown, Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2019 and has lived in South Dakota ever since.

Outside of work, you can find Lyndsey serving as the Camp Director for Camp Quality Texas where she has volunteered for the last 9 years letting kids with cancer be kids again. She also loves making music with friends, spending time with her pets, coaching youth volleyball, and drinking lots of coffee.

This weeks featured speaker is Lane Haskell! Lane has been an attorney at Lynn, Jackson, Shultz, & Lebrun, P.C., since 2022, where he is a part of the firm’s transactions group. Specifically, Lane’s practice is focused on estate planning, probate, and business organizations. Lane is from Rapid City, and in his free time enjoys mountain biking, playing racquetball, and running.

process while minimizing the stress of buying and selling.

When she’s not negotiating to get the best deal on behalf of her clients, you can find her rehabbing homes throughout the Sioux Empire or at the baseball fields with her husband and two rambunctious sons.

Ian has been with Billion Auto for over 7 years. He loves helping clients find the perfect vehicle for them by utilizing his knowledge of all brands that Billion Auto carries!

Ian grew up in Marshall MN and is married to his high-school sweetheart. They have 2 boys. Ian moved to Sioux Falls for greater opportunity and because it was close enough to Marshall to be by family.
