Story time!

I had a manager tell me: "I wish we'd dealt with this six months ago." They'd been dealing with a problem employee for over a year, hoping it would get better. Trying to coach them, and giving chance after chance (you know the story). By the time we finally addressed it, things had gone on for way too long, which created even more problems.

Here's what I know: The cost of waiting is always higher than the cost of acting. If you're reading this and thinking "I should probably deal with that thing," call me...like yesterday. ☎️
