👷🛠️Key responsibilities:
( Lead. Depending on experience) Read diagrams, lay outs, run jobs, service calls without on site supervision delicate and assign tasks and communication with supervisors and customers.
(Lead) Install, repair, maintain electrical/ HVAC systems
Assist lead technician with installs, wiring, and maintenance of electrical/ HVAC systems
Load and unload heavy materials and tools (must be able to lift 50 lbs). Transport equipment and materials
Maintain a clean organized job site
Learn to read blueprints, layouts, diagrams and technical manuals
Follow safety protocols diligently, keeping in line with local codes and OSHA regulations.
🕵️🕵️ Job requirements:
An individual who is on time, self starting, organized and ready to work/learn.
A valid driver's license with no recent history
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of hand tools
Pass a background and drug screening
The top candidates will be asked to take a personality test to help place the individual, communicate, and employ the best strategy to ensure the best chance as success.
