Yesterday at approximately 8pm, we received a call for a disabled tractor on 476 going to Wilkes-Barre. We arrived on scene to find what was indeed a disabled tractor, just missing a few minor details.

The guardrail was cut, and the tractor was successfully removed from the median and delivered without any issues.

Assisted on scene by PennDOT Safety Patrol, the Pennsylvania State Police, and Plymouth Fire Company.

A major salt shortage is happening as we prepare for Sunday’s snowstorm. While Skippack Pharmacy isn’t a big-box store, when a crisis hits, we stand up for our community. ❄️💙

We were able to purchase 𝟓 𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐭 for neighbors who haven’t been able to find any.

Huge thank-you to RVG Trucking owned by our amazing team member, Jacquelyn, and her husband, Roy for generously donating their time and trucking the salt to Skippack from Delaware. 🙌🚛

UPDATE (10:00 AM): We ran out of 5 tons in 5 hours and the demand is still there so we have 4 times more, another 20 tons arriving after 11am today (Saturday) and available until out.

With the upcoming snow storm we would like to remind everyone to get their shopping in now and try to stay off the roads this upcoming weekend unless absolutely required.

Should you accidentally get stuck, slide off the road, or even get in an accident, we are here on standby 24/7/365 ready to help you out. Our local & state police.

We’ve also been contacted by a few local townships directly that intend on enforcing their snow emergency routes, requesting towing of vehicles parked on the roads to provide room for plow trucks.
