Today was the start of the week. Labor Day with yoga with Annette. It was perfect to amount of stretch and relaxation. I’m excited about trying a new class on Wednesday flow with a jump board at the Glenview studio and my favorite class on Saturday with Andrea starting with dance and then real Barre.
