🚨New porch and roof update. Decking and facia mostly done. Started on the railing. Getting closer to looking like the customers AI picture. Since we have four risers per code the only difference will be needing a handrail, so I added two posts and will also add stair railings. 👷🏼‍♂️💪🏽♥️

🚨 Full house renovation project update!
In the last two weeks the house got primed, ceilings painted, all new breakers installed, recessed lights installed, HVAC grills installed, metal porch roofing almost completed, gutters and downspouts installed, and door and trim installation has begun in areas to be carpeted. Some Trex decking to complete, but will wait until less traffic and materials are coming in and out of side entrance😁🏡

🚨 Full house renovation project update!
This late 1800s early 1900s home with a 1957 addition is looking brand new again♥️. Drywall installed and passed inspection. Drywall finished and I should be priming on Monday 😁. Siding and fascia complete and seamless gutters are scheduled. After seamless gutters are installed we will install black metal roofing on porches. Some trex decking to complete, but will wait until less traffic and materials are coming in and out of side entrance😁🏡
