We have a beautiful house for sale in a great neighborhood. No flood insurance required and homeowners insurance will be lower than older homes in the neighborhood. Run the numbers when you look at an older house. With cheaper insurance, no flood required, and less maintenance than an older house it’s a great buy. Please share to help spread the word‼️
