Community involvement matters to us.

Our Director of Client Services, Mike McIver, also has the privilege of serving as President of the Garner Police Athletic/Activities League(P**L), bringing together local businesses, community leaders, and the Garner Police Department to support programs that make a difference for young people in our community.

For The Tarva Group, being involved in organizations like P**L is about more than networking. It gives us the opportunity to build genuine relationships, better understand the communities and organizations we serve, and work alongside other local businesses that believe in giving back.

We’re proud to see Tarva represented at the table and even prouder of what happens when local businesses and community organizations work together.

And judging by those pictures, apparently some pretty good tacos don't hurt either. 🌮😂

🌳 Apparently, business development has gone green.

Lee and Hope are heading out to meet with potential clients today, and judging by the wardrobe, they may also be auditioning as a pair of very enthusiastic trees. 😂

Green on top. Brown on the bottom. 🌳
All they’re missing are a few squirrels and maybe a bird’s nest.

But seriously, they’re out doing what we love by meeting new people, learning about their businesses and organizations, and finding ways The Tarva Group can help tell their stories and make an impact.

We had a great time at the Triangle East Chamber of Commerce Appreciation Event!

There’s nothing better than getting out, catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, and spending time with the businesses and organizations that make our community such a great place to live and work.

Happy Birthday to Duke, our Chief Morale Officer and Chief Treat Tester & Approver. 🐾

Duke specializes in boosting office morale, supervising meetings, inspecting all available snacks, and occasionally sleeping on the job. Despite numerous HR violations involving excessive napping and unauthorized treat requests, he remains one of our most valued team members. 😂

🦈 Shark Week is over… and apparently so is the fun. 🌧️

Lee made it through a week of chasing sharks, avoiding waterfront real estate photography, and generally finding reasons not to work.

But all good things must come to an end. 😂

Now it’s back to reality, and judging by the weather, reality isn’t exactly rolling out the red carpet.

Rain or shine, The Tarva Group is back at it. Because great stories don’t tell themselves, and apparently neither sharks nor thunderstorms are acceptable excuses.
